• After creating your account, you must verify your email address or phone number.

Password & Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice anything suspicious, change your password immediately and notify our support team. Khelaghore will not be liable for any unauthorised activity carried out through your account.

Deposits on Khelaghore can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing from someone else's Mobile Pay or Nagad number may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
• If you experience a deposit issue, contact support with your payment slip.
• Khelaghore does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile operator may apply their own charges.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings. Once verified, you will not need to repeat the process.

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity or suspected fraud.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made per day.

General Bonus Terms

Free Bet Terms

• Winnings from free bets are paid as profit only — the stake is not returned.
• Free bets are generally valid for 7 days.

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is fully cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• If a suspended match does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be void.
• If a match in an accumulator is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be used to calculate the result.

Match Fixing & Misconduct

Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. Any account suspected of such activity will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a requirement before making any withdrawals on Khelaghore. It forms part of our compliance with international financial regulations and helps keep your account secure.

Documents Required for KYC

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie (holding your NID or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement — issued within the last 3 months)

KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. If documents are unclear, you will be asked to resubmit them.

Khelaghore reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
